Autumn understands that insurance can be complex and challenging for clients, but her years of experience, her designations as a certified insurance counselor and her love of a good challenge provide just the right mix of skill and energy to find creative solutions to meet the needs of her clients.  

Autumn and her family enjoy vacationing and spending time with friends.  They are always on the hunt for food related Christmas ornaments to add to their collection which includes a pierogi, a club sandwich with fries, a Chinese food carton, a hotdog, an egg McMuffin and many more!

Brett has been in the insurance industry for over twenty-five years.  His longevity can be attributed to his desire to provide excellent customer service and his commitment to be a valuable resource to his clients.

Brett is married and has two sons. The family enjoys cheering on all Cleveland sports teams, playing games and traveling.  In his time away from work, Brett enjoys coaching youth sports and loves to sing Karaoke.    

Bruce's father started the agency in 1948.  By 1967 Bruce was lending a hand to the family business cutting grass and emptying waste baskets on Saturday mornings.  He joined the team in a more official role in 1974 as a Risk Manager and went on to purchase the agency in 1988.  Throughout the years, he has continued his father's legacy of being a trusted friend and advocate for his clients.  

Bruce and his wife Deb enjoy traveling and spending time with their nine grandchildren. Bruce is also an avid fisherman and has fished in over 10 countries!  

Chris joined Strachan Novak in 2010 and has served in many facets of the business.  Today he oversees daily operations, serves as the in-house IT support, and is the first face clients will see when they stop by the office. 

Chris loves technology, computers and photography but also appreciates the history and tradition of fountain pens.  He enjoys golfing, grilling in the back yard, is a big Baltimore Orioles fan, and is dreaming of a trip to London someday. 

George began his career in the insurance industry over 20 years ago and realized quickly realized how much he enjoyed the personal interactions with clients.  As a Medicare specialist George realizes how often clients come to him confused or frustrated by the overwhelming amount of information they have been inundated with.  George enjoys spending time with clients to make sure he has a thorough understanding of their needs and using his expertise to explain the options available to them.

George and his wife have three children.  They enjoy hiking, playing video games and bon fires in the backyard.  George is also passionate about volunteering both with his church and in the community. 

After graduating Ohio State University in 1967 Jeffrey entered the insurance business, joining his father and brother. By 1979, he opened his own agency, the Insurance Office of Beachwood. His father remained with him at the agency until his death in 1998. In 1988 he started a subsidiary company, Custom Brokers Insurance to provide professional liability insurance predominately to accountants and lawyers in multiple states.

Jenelle joined the Strachan Novak team in 2021 in a newly formed customer experience role.  Having been in sales, marketing and customer service for the past twenty years, her goal is to enhance the customer experience and ensure that our communications and processes are always bringing value to our clients. 

Jenelle, lives in Hudson with her husband and two teenaged children.  She loves to cook, enjoys hiking and kayaking and has recently developed a love of house plants.

Jennifer came to the Strachan Novak team in 2019 with an extensive background in both the healthcare field as well as insurance.  Her positive attitude and friendly approach put clients at ease while she guides them through the many Medicare program options.

Jennifer is married with two children and is actively involved in her community, her church and her children's school. She is a long-standing board member for Stand Up for Downs, a non-profit who uses its fund-raising ability to better the lives of those living with Down Syndrome in our local community. 

Lynda has been with Strachan Novak since 2013 and has dedicated her entire career to the insurance industry. Her wealth of knowledge coupled with her passion to treat clients like family brings an outstanding level of service to both clients and the team members that she leads. 

Lynda and her husband are often found at the ball field cheering on their son as he plays college baseball.  They also enjoy attending Rubber Ducks and Guardians baseball games.  Lynda makes it a priority to continue her education and is working toward earning the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor to bring clients best in class knowledge and protection.

Following a decade of service as a teacher, Mark joined Strachan Novak in December of 2020, with a desire to continue educating and serving others by offering solutions that provide protection, comfort, and stability to his clients. 

Mark and his wife celebrated the birth of their first child this year.  They reside in Chagrin Falls where Mark is a member of the local Jaycees.  When not trying to catch up on sleep Mark and his wife enjoy cheering on the Browns. Next to being a parent, two of Mark's greatest achievements are being awarded Teacher of the Year at Utica High School and earning the rank of Eagle Scout. 

Rob has been in the insurance industry since 2009 and joined Strachan Novak in 2015.  His family has been involved in small business for four generations in Northeast Ohio which instilled a set of core values that he lives by. Rob strives to educate clients on all the insurance options available to them and is committed to never offering a client a product that he would not purchase himself.

Rob is a lifelong resident of Hudson and is actively involved with the Hudson Chamber of Commerce.  He enjoys being physically active and has participated in several half marathons, has completed a 100-mile bike ride and has ridden most of the trails in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. 

Rob brings three generations of insurance knowledge to Strachan Novak.  Born into the industry, Rob has had the privilege of witnessing life-long client relationships developed by his father and grandfather, which fostered in him a commitment to always provide clients with unparalleled service in hopes of continuing the tradition of building lasting relationships.

Rob is a proud alum of Ohio State where he played soccer for four years.  He lives in Hudson with his wife and three sons.  They enjoy hiking, fishing and any activity that involves the outdoors. Rob also gives much of his free time to serving on several boards of local non-profit groups and mentoring other insurance agents through local networking groups. 

Rose has been part of the Strachan Novak team since 1992 and takes great pride in helping clients feel confident and secure in her ability to help them navigate their insurance needs.

Rose is a wife, mother and grandmother who is happiest with a house full of family enjoying a meal together and playing games.  One of her favorite memories is giving Billy Joel a rose during a concert!
